Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG, 8 Princes Parade, Liverpool L3 1QH, on 27th February 1998, at 3 p.m., and will be followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 3.15 p.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liqudator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date, and granting the Liquidators their release. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at KPMG, 8 Princes Parade, Liverpool L3 1QH, no later than 4 p.m. on Thursday, 26th February 1998. B. Green, Joint Liquidator 26th January 1998.
