Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meeeting of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Larking Gowen, St. Cuthbert’s House (4th Floor), 7 Upper King Street, Norwich NR3 1RB, on 4th March 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of receiving the Joint Liquidators’ final statement of account of the conduct of the winding-up and the disposal of the Company’s property, and authorising the Joint Liquidators to dispose of the Company’s books, papers and other records in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Regulations 1994. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at 7 Queen Street, Norwich NR2 4ST, by no later than 12 noon on 3rd March 1998. D. N.
