CANNON CASTINGS LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, on 12th January 1998, at 2 p.m., the following Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that John Russell and Brian Stanley Creber, of 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators of the above Company for the purposes of such winding-up, and that any act required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators is to be done by any one or more of the Liquidators for the time being in office.”   At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 26th January 1998, the appointment of John Russell and Brian Stanley Creber was duly confirmed.
