At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 45 Neal Street, London WC2H 9PJ, on 21st January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Patrick Jens Wadsted, of Kidsons Impey, 20-26 Cursitor Street, London EC4A 1HY, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” S.
