Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, on 10th March 1998, at 11 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Joint Liquidators. Notice of this Meeting is purely formal and it is summoned in compliance with the said section of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
