Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Trustee of the above intends paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors by 29th July 1998. The Creditors are required, on or before 17th February 1998, to submit their proofs to the undersigned, Norman Cowan, of Norman Cowan & Associates, 96 High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5SN, the Trustee of the said Debtor, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Trustee, are, personally or by their Solicitors to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
