Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 89 Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 3LN, on 26th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m., in accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and passing an Extraordinary Resolution to determine the manner in which the books and papers of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting of the Members is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him. C. R.
