Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Dains, St. Johns Court, Wiltell Road, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS14 9DS, on 20th February 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m., by a Meeting of the Creditors for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
