At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 27 Glenmore Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, on 28th January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Dilip K. Dattani, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” A. F. Nason, Chairman
