Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the last date of proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up is 12th February 1998, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned. A. Martin-Sklan, of Martin Sklan & Co., 133 Golders Green Road, London NW11 8HJ, the Liquidator of the said Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare a First and Final Dividend within four months of the last date for proving.
