Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held on Friday, 6th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m., at KPMG, Aquis Court, 31 Fishpool Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 4RF, for the purpose of receiving accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator, and that the Liquidator be granted his release. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxyholder need not be a Member of the Company. J. D.
