The A3 Trunk Road (Wisley Interchange) (Closure of a Bus Bay) Order 1998

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he made this Order on 26th January 1998, coming into force on 9th February 1998, on the A3 Trunk Road, in the county of Surrey. The notice of the proposal to make it (Ref. MSE 5076/A3/0/41/7/9) was published in Issue No. 54982 of The London Gazette on 18th December 1997, and the effect of the Order is as described in that notice.   A copy of the made Order and of a plan illustrating the effect of the Order may be inspected during office hours at the offices of Guildford Borough Council, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, at those of Elmbridge Borough Council, Finance Administration Office, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher and during opening hours at Cobham Library, Cedar Road, Cobham. They may also be obtained by application to Floor 2 a, Highways Agency, Federated House, London Road, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1SZ, quoting Ref. MSE 5076/A3/0/41/7/9.   Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or of regulations made thereunder, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from 26th January 1998, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or any provisions contained therein.   General enquiries relating to this notice may be made, in writing, to Mr. C.
