Notice by Highway Authority of intention to apply to Magistrates’ Court for Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 for stopping-up or diversion Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Justices sitting at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court, 15 D’Eynsford Road, London S.E.5, on Tuesday, 10th March 1998, at 2 p.m., for an Order for stopping-up of Wickford Street, Loughborough Junction, London S.E.5., on the grounds that the said highway is unnecessary.   A plan showing the effect of the proposed Order may be inspected at the London Borough of Lambeth, Lambeth Town Hall, Brixton Hill, London SW2 1RW at all reasonable times.
