At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at 61 Brook Street, London W1Y 2BL, on Thursday, 29th January 1998, at 10.15 a.m., the following Special Resolutions were duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Shirley Angela Jackson, of B. N. Jackson Norton, 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1V 6BZ, be and she is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” D. H. Fox, Chairman
