Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies shall be held at 64-66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, on: (1) 26th February 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively; (2) 26th February 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively; (3) 26th February 1998, at 12 noon and 12.15 p.m. respectively; (4) 26th February 1998, at 1 p.m. and 1.15 p.m. respectively; (5) 27th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively; (6) 27th February 1998, at 11.30 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively; (7) 27th February 1998, at 12.30 p.m. and 12.45 p.m. respectively; (8) 27th February 1998, at 1.30 p.m. and 1.45 p.m. respectively; and 10th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively; for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidators shall be disposed of.
