At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at 49 Mill Street, Bedford MK40 3LB, on 30th January 1998, at 11 a.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael J.
