Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Paul William Henry Cockle and Martin Isaac Shenfield carrying on the business of Project Evaluation and Economic and Management Consultancy under the style or firm name of BERKELEY HANOVER CONSULTING has been dissolved by mutual agreement as from 30th September 1997, so far as concerns Paul William Henry Cockle who retires from the business. All debts due and owing by the business will be received and paid respectively by Martin Isaac Shenfield, who will continue to carry on the business under the same firm name as hitherto.
