Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1LD, on 6th March 1998 at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 11 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors. These for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidators shall be disposed of, and also to authorise the Liquidators to take their release. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1LD, no later than 12 noon on the preceding working day. B. J.
