Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Harris Watson, 44-45 Water Street, Birmingham B3 1HP, on Friday, 13th March 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidators and the conduct of the winding-up of the Company during the preceding year. Any person entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy who need not be a Shareholder or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged not later than 4 p.m. on the day prior to the Meeting at the offices of Harris Watson, 44-45 Water Street, Birmingham B3 1HP. S. M.
