Notice is given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between Robert Thompson, David John Thompson, Nicholas Barrett Thompson and Matthew Thompson, carrying on business as Farmers under the style or firm name of R Thompson & Sons, has been dissolved as from 8th January 1998, so far as concerns Matthew Thompson, who retires from the Partnership. All debts due to and owing by that former Partnership shall be received and paid respectively by Robert Thompson, David John Thompson and Nicholas Barrett Thompson, who will continue to carry on the farming business in Partnership under the style or firm name of R THOMPSON & SONS.
