Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Penelope Debra O’Sullivan, Mary O’Sullivan and Alexa Ann O’Sullivan, carrying on business as Operators and Proprietors of Care Homes under the firm name of Crediton Care and Support Homes, in Crediton, Devon, has been dissolved as from 30th September 1996, so far as concerns Alexa Ann O’Sullivan who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Penelope Debra O’Sullivan and Mary O’Sullivan, who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the firm name of CREDITON CARE AND SUPPORT HOMES.
