At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, held at Swan House, Maderia Walk, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1EU, on 30th January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up as a Members’ voluntary Liquidation, and that Colin Graham Bird, of Price Waterhouse, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, is hereby appointed as its Liquidator.” K.
