At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Micro Metalsmiths Limited, Ings Lane, Kirbymoorside, York, on 8th January 1998, at 10 a.m. the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company by wound up voluntarily and that Michael Edward George Saville, of Grant Thornton, St. Johns Centre, 110 Albion Street, Leeds LS2 8LA, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” C.
