Notice is hereby given that Final General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson, Onslow Bridge Chambers, Bridge Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4RA, on 24th March 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by Meetings of Creditors of the Creditors of the Companies. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and to give any explanation that they may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or a Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Smith & Williamson, Onslow Bridge Chambers, Bridge Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4RA, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
