Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Wessex House, 19 Threefield Lane, Southampton SO14 3QB, on 17th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding-up.
