Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4EU, on 6th March 1996, at 10 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator, to pass a Resolution as to the Liquidator’s remuneration and to give authority for the Liquidator to cease to act.
