Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that N & M Sizer Ltd., Bedford Farm, Sedge Fen, Lakenheath, Suffolk IP27 9LF, are applying to The Environment Agency, to vary licence serial number 6/33/39/S/382 (including 6/33/40/S/61 and 6/33/46/S/143), to abstract water from a drain between TL 680 822 and TL 689 833 and at National Grid Reference TL 712 823 and TL 667 859 at Lakenheath, Suffolk, and a drain at National Grid Reference TL 624 867 at Littleport, Cambridgeshire.   The variation being applied for is to increase the area of land and an abstraction point at TL 6904 8241, but not quantities.   A copy of the application and any maps, plans and other documents submitted with it, may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at RST Irrigation Ltd., The Irricentre, Sedge Fen, Lakenheath, Suffolk IP27 9LF, between 16th February and 16th March 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application, should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Central Area, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period.
