Notice of Revocation of an Area of Special Control Order
Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992
We, the Kennet District Council give notice that we have submitted an Order revoking the Kennet Area of Special Control of Advertisements made under Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions for approval under Schedule 5 to the Regulations. A copy of the revocation Order and of the statement of the reasons for making it have been deposited and are available for inspection, free of charge, at Kennet District Council Offices, Browfort, Bath Road, Devizes, during normal office hours, and at the following libraries: Aldbourne: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m, Monday and Thursday; Ramsbury: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday; 10 a.m. to 12 noon, Wednesday; and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday; Marlborough: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday and Thursday; 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday; Netheravon: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., Monday and Thursday; Devizes: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, Thursday and Friday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday; 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday; Market Lavington: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., Tuesday; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Friday; Pewsey: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday; 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday; 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday; Ludgershall: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday and Friday; 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday; North Tidworth: 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday; 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday. The revocation Order is about to be considered by the Secretary of State. Any objection to it must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, and sent to the Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions, Floor 4/J3, Eland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DU, before Friday, 6th March 1998.
