LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY

The Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No. 3) (Special Parking Area) 1994 (No. 3) Amendment No. 20 Traffic Order 1998 No. 11. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 12th February 1998, made the Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) 1994 (No. 3) (Amendment No. 20) Traffic Order 1998, under section 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general effect of the Order will be that waiting and loading restrictions apply in additional lengths of street, no longer apply in certain lengths of streets and that restricted hours are varied in certain lengths of streets. The streets concerned are:

Hampstead Lane	Wolseley Road	Ashley Road
Park Road, N8	Salisbury Road	Tiverton Road
Langham Road	Remington Road	Stoneleigh Road
North Grove	The Campsbourne	Oakdale Road
Ashfield Road	Park Road, N11

  A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 23rd February 1998, can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at (i) The Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 4TR; (ii) Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey N8.   Copies of the Order may be obtained from T. A. Duguid, at the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 4TR.   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
