At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 7 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PX, on 30th January 1998, at 2.30 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ronald Stanley Harding, of Grant Thornton, 30 Hounds Gate, Nottingham NG1 7DH, is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” K.
