SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL
The Metropolitan Borough of Solihull (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Main Road, Meriden) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council have made the above-mentioned Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The effect of the Order, which will come into force on 20th February 1998, will be to:   (i) prohibit waiting at any time along a short section of the southern side of Main Road, Meriden, in the vicinity of the telephone exchange and properties numbered 12 to 18, and;   (ii) remove the existing waiting restrictions between 6 p.m. and midnight situated along the southern side of Main Road, Meriden, for a short distance in the vicinity of Darlaston Row Cottages.   A copy of the Order, together with a map and details of the Councils reasons for making it, may be inspected at the Council Offices, Solihull, during normal office hours. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the above Order should apply to the High Court in writing for that purpose within 6 weeks from the date of this notice. N. H.
