The City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 546) Order 1998 Grosvenor Square

Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council on 11th February 1998, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.   The general effect of the Order will be further to amend the City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1976, so as to provide a solo motorcycle parking area in Grosvenor Square.   The Order, which will come into force on 16th February 1998, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Hyder Consulting Ltd., Third Floor, 29 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DZ, until 25th March 1998.   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose of the High Court by 25th March 1998.
