Notice of adoption of proposals for the alteration of a unitary development plan
London Borough of Ealing unitary development plan “Plan for the Environment”

On 27th January 1998, London Borough of Ealing adopted these plan proposals. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the London Borough of Ealing. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at:

  The proposals came into operation on their adoption, A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity, on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 13th February 1998, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
