Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Deloitte & Touche, 10-12 East Parade, Leeds LS1 2AJ, on 16th March 1998, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year.
