Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at 86-88 South Ealing Road, Ealing, London W5 4QB, on 13th March 1998, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.30 a.m. by the Final Meeting of the Creditors, to have an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
