Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members and of the Creditors will be held at Silkhouse Court, Tithebarn Street, Liverpool L2 2LE, on Thursday, 26th March 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m., respectively, to receive an account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator.
