Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. Creditors who have not lodged a formal proof of debt with the Liquidator in respect of their claim against the Company must do so by 28th February 1998, which is the last date for proving, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend.
