Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned in this matter under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Joint Liquidator’s account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. The Meetings will be held on 15th April 1998, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, at the offices of Haines Watts, Sterling House, 22 St. Cuthberts Way, Darlington, County Durham DL1 1GB.
