A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and to consider, and if deemed appropriate, to pass the following Resolution: that the Liquidator be given his release under section 172 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of David Rubin & Co., Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY, on 19th March 1998, at 11 a.m. A proxy must be lodged with me not later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the Meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form, if you have not already lodged one).
