Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Annual and Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Marshalls, Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset, on Wednesday 18th March 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of presenting a statement showing how the winding-up has been conducted to date and the Company’s property disposed of, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and confirming the Liquidator’s release from office. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged no later than 12 noon on Tuesday, 17th March 1998, with Marshalls, Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset BH12 4NZ. C. M.
