In the Matter of ASLISKVIEW LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 5 North End Road, Golders Green, London NW11 7RJ, presented on 7th January 1998 by Malcolm Cohen, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, in his capacity as the Supervisor of a voluntary arrangement of Asliskview Limited, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 4th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 3rd March 1998.
