Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Trustee in this matter intends declaring a First and Final Dividend to Creditors who are required, on or before 20th March 1998, being the last day for proving, to submit their proof of debt to the undersigned, Cedric Clapp, of Ernst & Young, One Bridewell Street, Bristol BS1 2AA, the Trustee, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last day for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, any dividend declared before his debt is proved.
