Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Stephen Conn & Co., 17 St. Ann’s Square, Manchester M2 7PW, at 11.30 a.m. on 3rd March 1998, for the purpose of having an account laid down before them and to receive the report of the Liquidators, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators.
