Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 7JH, on 20th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 1 p.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up.
