Notice of application for consent for the purposes of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, (as amended by the Environment Act 1995) that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Beverely, East Riding of Yorkshire, for a consent to discharge 2,500 cubic metres per day of trade effluent into the North Sea at TA 5202 4685 from Muntons PLC, Flamborough Matlings, Jewison Lane, Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire.   Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, North East Region, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, for the attention of Darryl Toothill, not later than 2nd April 1998.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency offices at 1 Viking Close, Great Gutter Lane (East), Wilerby, Hull HU10 6DE, on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., up to 2nd April 1998.
