At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Paradise Lane, Slade Heath, Wolverhampton, on 10th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Asbury, of Fields, Asden House, Victoria Street, West Bromwich B70 8HA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
