Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG, Aquis Court, 31 Fishpool Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, on 19th March 1988, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the report of the Liquidator of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
