Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Geoffrey Martin & Company, 30 Park Cross Street, Leeds LS1 2QH, on 9th March 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by a General Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at the offices of Geoffrey Martin and Company, 30 Park Cross Street, Leeds LS1 2QH, no later than 12 noon on the preceding day before the Meeting.
