Notice is hereby given that by the Partnership hitherto subsisting between David Charles Thomas, Richard Lloyd Roberts and Ann Bitcon carrying on business as Chartered Accountants under the style or firm name of SAGE & COMPANY has been dissolved as from 26th January 1998 so far as concerns Ann Bicton who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by David Charles Thomas and Richard Lloyd Roberts who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the same style or firm name of Sage & Company. 16th February 1998.
