Notice of cancellation pursuant to section 16 of the Act

Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to the above-mentioned section, this day cancelled the registration of ARK HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED (Register No. 23065 R) the registered office of which is at Suite 7, Essex House, 375-377 High Street, Stratford, Greater London E15 40Z, at its request. The Society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
